…ed letter validation Precompiled letter sanitisation/validation always checked the address window at the "50mm" position, ignoring the per-service configured placement - services using the "60mm" (Pingen) window had their letters wrongly rejected as missing address lines.
Picks up the letter_address_placement default fix needed for the precompiled-letter validation fix.
