The hardcoded 'WebDecoy-PHP-SDK/1.0' went stale as the plugin advanced. Derive it from WEBDECOY_VERSION when present so it tracks the release automatically. Part of #1.

The SDK's
USER_AGENTwas hardcodedWebDecoy-PHP-SDK/1.0and had gone stale. Now derived fromWEBDECOY_VERSIONwhen the SDK is bundled in the plugin (falls back to a generic marker for standalone use), so it never drifts again.Part of #1.
