Brings this repo up to the 2.1.0 release that was developed in the app monorepo: JS-execution verification (wd-ct challenge meta tag), automatic page-serve reporting to ingest, and detector/scanner updates. Part of #1 — remaining: CDN update-info.json refresh, monorepo copy retirement, release flow move.

Syncs the 12 files that diverged while development continued in the app monorepo's
php-sdk/wordpress/copy. This repo now matches the shipped 2.1.0 (JS-execution verification,wd-ctchallenge meta, page-serve reporting, detector updates).Part of #1. After merge: tag
v2.1.0here. Still open under #1: CDNupdate-info.jsonrefresh (advertises 1.3.7), retiring/mirroring the monorepo copy, moving the release flow here.All parity work in milestone v2.2 stacks on this.
