Measure Studio image export limits and browser failures

Establish reproducible local-image/export evidence before #196. Synthetic fixtures probe orientation, alpha, malformed/oversized admission, metadata stripping, long-text export and fallback in Chromium and WebKit. Offline policy checks run in npm eval/CI.

Closes #190. This completes the feasibility experiment, not image-feature approval.

Decision

NO-GO for cross-browser image PNG with the current html-to-image renderer: WebKit26.5 resolves a PNG but omits its image. Chromium PNG and both print-media views retain it; visually inspected Chromium A4 PDF includes the full image and text. WebKit canvas also emits EXIF, so re-encoding alone is not sufficient metadata stripping. Candidate limits are not certified mobile maxima. #196 remains gated.

Verification

• Browser experiment: Chromium151.0.7922.34 and WebKit26.5 at1280/390px. Orientation/alpha/metadata/rejection/fallback checks complete; pixel probes record the WebKit omission as NO-GO.
• Real mobile, native print dialog, WebKit PDF, hostile header parsing and color fidelity unavailable/unrun;390px is desktop emulation.
• node scripts/check-studio-image.mjs --check passes, including1x6000 and6000x1 regression tests (zero dimension reproduced then fixed).
• npm run check passes both Studio gates,30 agentic tests,7 hygiene tests,docs,compileall and zero audit vulnerabilities.
• git diff --check passes. Five files; no runtime dependency, route, controller or package change.

Acceptance Self-Check

• All five fixture classes exercised; provenance and trusted-metadata-only oversized probe documented.
• Chromium/WebKit decode/export measured; unavailable real device explicitly recorded.
• Concrete candidate input/output limits, rejection copy and normalization/metadata approach documented with evidence limits.
• Long text plus image inspected in PNG/print; WebKit PNG failure recorded honestly, renderer failure preserves complete text fallback.
• Reproducible bounded experiment and no-go recommendation delivered without production feature or new runtime dependency.

Artifacts retained locally in the session evidence bundle: report JSON, paired browser PNGs, print-media screenshots and Chromium PDFs. docs/studio/image-export-evidence.md contains measurements and reproducible commands. No model calls, private images, user-data migration, or separate deployment command.
