- Fix malformed ignore entry (`.claude/scheduled_tasks.lock` and `docs-site/.astro/` were mashed onto one line, matching nothing). - Untrack local-only AI workflow tooling that was committed to the public repo: .agents/, .claude/skills/ (symlink), .codex-skill-edits/, and the .claude/scheduled_tasks.lock runtime lock.
