Implement backend-vm Hono WebMCP relay

Implement package at packages/backend-vm per spec: Hono + @hono/node-server + ws relay, sqlite widgets DB, auth routes, widget/setup websocket relays with OpenClaw connect handshake, manual ws upgrade, CORS, package scripts/deps, tsconfig, and successful npm install + npm run build.
