Summary

Publish the current execution-receipt index and bind the active receipt object to the minimum cross-stack references required for outsider reconstruction of the live execution boundary.

What changed

  • adds receipts/current/index.json
  • updates receipts/current/execution-receipt-0001.json
  • adds outsider-readable execution-receipt minimum tests
  • binds current receipt surface to:
    • current authority object
    • current verification result
    • current recognition object
    • current recourse object
    • current continuity object
    • current transfer object

Boundary

This patch does not:

  • issue authority
  • replace verification
  • replace recognition
  • replace recourse
  • create a second receipt line
  • convert CORPIFORM into continuity or transfer authority

It only makes the current execution-receipt surface machine-readable as a singular active receipt boundary.

Verification

  • python3 tests/verify_execution_receipt_minimum.py

Governed review completed. Current execution-receipt object, current receipt index, and cross-stack bindings are consistent with the active governed execution boundary.
