Root cause

Collection and dependency-analysis failures could be swallowed, producing a successful but incomplete architecture report. The initial strict-read fix also assumed UTF-8 and rejected valid encoded Python source files.

Impact

Deply now exits unsuccessfully instead of reporting partial analysis, while continuing to accept Python-supported source encodings.
