Retrieval-augmented Q&A tool built manually end-to-end — no LangChain. Heading-based chunking, all-MiniLM-L6-v2 embeddings, cosine-similarity retrieval. The LLM only sees retrieved passages, must cite the exact source section, or explicitly refuses.
