List Windows for the browser extension and add its setup steps

Summary

The browser extension section on the extensions page still said "Windows support follows" and described only the Mac setup.

• Platforms now read "macOS and Windows" (de: "macOS und Windows"), matching the other extensions.
• The setup text explains both apps. On Windows: Settings › Advanced, turn on Enable HTTP API, and copy the API token only if Require API token is on (Windows runs without a token by default).

TypeWhisper for Windows lists the extension under Settings › Advanced › Integrations since TypeWhisper/typewhisper-win#647 and already serves POST /v1/dictation/start/stop and PUT /v1/browser/context.
