Summary of Changes

• Alert CSV Export: Updated exportCSV in components/WebhookLog.tsx to pass headers and rows as separate arrays to buildCSV(headers, rows), formatted timestamps as ISO strings, formatted amounts using formatAmount, downloaded with sanitized filename alerts-${contractLabel}-${network}.csv, and cleaned up object URLs safely after a delay.
• Alert Amount Display: Removed duplicate currency code concatenation (${formatAmount(amount)} XLM and formatAmount(amount) asset) in components/WebhookLog.tsx and components/WebhookLogCard.tsx since formatAmount already includes the asset suffix.
• Desktop Table Pagination: Updated the desktop table in components/WebhookLog.tsx to render pageAlerts instead of filteredAlerts to adhere to current page limits.
• Canonical Dashboard Types: Exported helper functions in lib/dashboard.ts using the canonical WatchedContract type from @/types with no shadow interfaces.
• Tests: Added comprehensive test coverage in __tests__/WebhookLog.test.tsx and lib/__tests__/dashboard.test.ts.
