Renovate allows immediate updates for trusted TryGhost packages, but pnpm's default 24-hour release-age policy blocked @tryghost/content-api@1.12.13 in #337 before tests could run. Add @tryghost/content-api to the existing minimumReleaseAgeExclude list alongside @tryghost/errors and @tryghost/pretty-cli.

Validation: pnpm test passed all 486 tests, typechecking, lint, and formatting. git diff --check passed.
