Dark Soularium JetPlate uncraftable

Simply Jetpacks Version: 2.0.3.23
EnderIO version: 3.0.1.144_beta

All lower tiers appear craftable, but there is no recipe for the Dark Soularium JetPlate

Dark Soularium Ingot & Thruster are craftable.

I realized later that none of the capacitor packs are there, if this is just NYI then you can close this, if they are supposed to be there, then its a bug.

Any update on this? Just got around to wanting to upgrade from Tier 4 and found I can't.

Uhm, it seems this is an issue in Project Ozone Lite, still, not sure why. NEI clicking on the + does put it in the right places, but it does not appear to be craftable (no output) - See https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/project-ozone-lite/issues/15
