Alert us when the pipeline is complete

Is it possible for us to receive and email when the pipeline run has completed?

@mariongalley I think there are a few ways we could achieve this:

1. I'm making a change to the datastore monitoring to give us the duration since the last data package was generated. This will allow us to trigger when it has taken too long, but also when it has just been generated, so I think we could use this to generate an automated alert. But these would go to Planio.
2. We could build something into the datastore to email a separate email address - that sounds like more what you're after?

@chrisarridge Planio is fine - perhaps we should have a 360Giving group so it alerts my helpdesk colleagues as well as me. Is it possible to have this alert only be sent when the pipeline was triggered manually? I'm realising now that we wouldn't want to receive this alert every single day (although we do want to monitor when it's failed).
