…de worker setting Originally PR #14 (thedancingdeveloper). Drops --all from the Windows service command line so the DHT crawler, resolver and announcer do not start on the machine's public address. The worker set comes from INDEXARR_WORKERS in the generated .env. Fix on top of the original PR: setup.ps1 rewrites .env on every upgrade, so an existing INDEXARR_WORKERS line is now preserved; the sync-only default applies only when no such line exists. Adds a CHANGELOG entry and a readme note.
