… parent The mirror's follow keeps an admin-only tool ref graft.followed/<line> at the last upstream head it imported. The server refuses every Land on a line that has one (Rejected policy "followed"), so only the mirror's UpdateRef moves a followed line. Lines cannot be created under the prefix. Rebase of a landed changeset onto its own first parent (graft pick in a fresh clone whose base is that parent) returned the landed changeset itself, so pick printed "nothing to commit". It now makes an unheld copy stamped graft.rebased-from.
