Adds thedancingdeveloper/fluent-gpui (public, main) as a followed repository: one mirrors.tsv row (private=0, metrics port 17899), mirror-fluent-gpui.toml and the regenerated compose.onboarded.yml, matching what deploy/onboard-repo.sh writes. Checks: onboard-rc, refs-wait, up-refs-wait, onboard-render pass.
