The reusable gate's runs-on: [self-hosted] let a repo-level Windows runner (desktop-tlk1gff, registered on rustTorrent with labels self-hosted,Windows,X64) take the job, which then failed: /bin/bash: C:actions-runner_work_temp...sh: No such file or directory. Adding linux (implicit on every Linux runner) keeps the bash-only gate off Windows. The literal self-hosted is unchanged.

Callers pin this workflow by SHA, so rustTorrent needs its pin bumped after merge.

A repo-level Windows runner (desktop-tlk1gff on rustTorrent) advertises
self-hosted and picked up the bash-only gate, which failed on a Windows temp
path. Adding the implicit linux label keeps it off Windows runners.
