… reboots SEC-02: bind the DNS forwarder's upstream sockets and the NAT-PMP client to the tunnel interface (SO_BINDTODEVICE), so they fail with ENODEV instead of leaving by the uplink when wg0 is absent. SEC-03: the gateway forward chain drops enrolled traffic on any interface but wg0 before the established accept, and IPv4 table 200 (gateway and host) carries an unreachable default beneath the tunnel route. SEC-01 (egressy half): the isolation agent caches the last host policy on disk (EGRESSY_HOST_POLICY_CACHE) and installs it while the gateway does not answer, e.g. after a reboot. Tests: tunnel_socket/natpmp ENODEV, forward guard ordering, gateway and host unreachable default + drift, agent cache fallback; opt-in netns test tests/gateway-tunnel-loss-netns.sh.
