After #require unwraps the keyword timeline range, the Timecode fields are non-optional; assert real bounds instead to clear CI warnings.
Use swift test instead of xcodebuild|xcbeautify|awk (pipe stall), keep strict concurrency as build-only, and add job timeouts.
swift test was parallelizing across suites and deadlocking on non-Sendable XML; run with --no-parallel and replace #expect(true) smoke asserts.
