Esscher — website

Marketing + evidence-explorer site for Esscher, the permanently paper-only trading agent that refuses to cheat on time. Built for the Alpaca AI Trading Agents Hackathon (lablab.ai).

The repo ships no CI for visuals; verify by eye:

Routes: / (concept + 3D cutoff plane), /evidence (explorer + funnel), /gate (interactive gate). Themes: append ?theme=paper or ?theme=blueprint (default terminal), or use the switcher top-right.

Structure

• src/components/three/ — React-Three-Fiber scenes (CutoffPlane, AdmissionFunnel, GateExplainer).
• src/data/universe.json — public-safe snapshot of the frozen 23-event universe (regenerate with node scripts/gen-snapshot.mjs from the esscher-market repo).
• src/lib/useThemeColors.ts — feeds CSS theme vars into WebGL materials.

Claims discipline

No alpha or profitability claims. Every artifact is labeled PAPER / INDICATIVE_DATA / NOT_ALPHA_EVIDENCE. Read-only: the site cannot place, cancel, or modify an order.
