Description
This PR resolves RUSTSEC-2026-0382 for
rustls-webpki0.103.x by upgradingrustls-webpkifrom0.103.13to0.103.16(along withaws-lc-rsto1.18.2andaws-lc-systo0.46.0) inCargo.lock.In
rustls-webpkiversions prior to 0.103.16, certificate verification may accept certificate paths containing distrusted emSign intermediate public keys when configured trust anchors permit such paths. Versions 0.103.16+ explicitly reject paths containing these compromised intermediate keys, remediating the vulnerability.Closes #891
