Resolves #1049 , #1034
This PR revamps the Operator Dashboard to align with the modern aesthetics of the openlogo-design system. It updates the layout, spacing, and styling of both the main dashboard and the individual operator cards.

When I am searching for an image, the search result magically appears on the right hand side, which is very odd, and also a lot of modals are still in old design, I expect this to be perfect in the next iteration, I can't just keep checking this again and again, please test everything yourself first. let's see what you are gonna do next, I am hoping for a finished pull request with 0 issues.

I still see issue we have change the css for all dashboards, the dropdown for messages, requests, etc is not working, there is no down arrow in that. Still so many issues, I can see it has not been verified correctly.
