[1.12] Config Option to hide recipes in PageIRecipe if they aren't unlocked

As the title says, a config option should be added to make the recipe on PageIRecipe hidden if it isn't yet unlocked. I suggest leaving the page in the book, and displaying text saying "recipe locked" over a blurred, empty crafting grid on the page if it is still locked.

EDIT: IRecipe#isHidden() should help with this, I think.
