Overview
This PR restructures the docs around a new Identity Solutions product area alongside Finance Solutions, and expands TACEO:Match documentation.

Identity Solutions adds an overview plus introductions for Distributed Nullifiers, Threshold Passport Identification, and Confidential Biometrics. OPRF Getting Started (quickstart, quicklocal) moves under identity-solutions/nullifiers/; the sidebar drops OPRF quickstarts from TACEO Services. Cross-links across OPRF pages, use cases, and the docs home now point at the new nullifier paths, with product framing tips on OPRF/Match overviews.

Home and marketing surfaces gain a two-column TACEO Solutions layout (Finance + Identity), an Identity Solutions hero link on the site index, and status copy updates (e.g. TACEO:OMap onboarding, TACEO:Match in the privacy-primitives journey).

TACEO:Match gets overview, concepts, and static/img/taceo_match.svg. Services overview promotes Match to a full card and demotes TACEO:OMap to “Coming Soon” with a stub taceo-omap/overview. Minor OPRF edits: nullifier vulnerability example uses H(...) instead of OPRF(...), API table uses - for the close step.

Note for reviewers: taceo-match/overview links to /docs/passport-identification/introduction/ while passport content lives under identity-solutions/passport-identification/.
