Users can compile and run TRACMASS using a conda virtual environment using miniconda3 or miniforge3 (preferred) using the gfortran and netcdf-fortran packages available in conda-forge.
Plan is to add the following users options to the Makefile to make it clear to users that a conda virtual environment will be used.
ARCH = conda
NETCDFLIBS = conda
ARCH = conda will use gfortran similarly to the current default (i.e., with no ARCH specified).
NETCDFLIBS = conda will be set by nf-config like automatic-44 (albeit more transparent to users).
Details to be added to the README.md to explain this installation option, which avoids users having to search for Fortran compilers and netCDF libraries on their local machine / HPC.
