catalog: coverage gaps worth researching (plus a request-an-asset template) #43
Description
Well-known free resources not in the catalog (verify each licence before adding):
- Engine: Godot itself, although many Godot add-ons are listed
- Kenney: Animated Characters, Kenney Fonts
- Fonts: Monogram
- Level editors: TrenchBroom, Ogmo Editor, func_godot
- Music tools: BeepBox, Bosca Ceoil, Furnace, OpenMPT
- 2D animation: Synfig, OpenToonz, Pencil2D, DragonBones
- Video (only 6 entries): Life of Vids, Dareful, Mazwai
Also: a "Request an asset / report a gap" issue template would feed the Gaps sections that stacks already have.

Done in #51. Added 15: Godot Engine, TrenchBroom, Ogmo Editor, func_godot, BeepBox, Bosca Ceoil Blue, Furnace, OpenMPT, Synfig, OpenToonz, Pencil2D, Kenney Animated Characters, Kenney Fonts, Monogram and Dareful. Skipped: DragonBones (site unreachable, so the editor licence cannot be verified), Life of Vids (unreachable), Mazwai (now redirects to Freepik). Also added a "Request an asset / report a gap" issue form (label gap).
