Migrate release-doc-sync consumers from @v1.0 to @v1 floating tag #27
The v1.0 floating tag was created in Phase 2a (PR #19) as a major-floating reference for release-doc-sync, before DTD#14's automation existed.
PR #26 (DTD#14 fix) added automation that maintains vMAJOR (v1) and vMAJOR.MINOR (v1.8) floating tags on every release. v1 now serves the same purpose v1.0 was created for.
v1.0 is stale at v1.8.3's commit and will not be updated by the new automation (which derives floats from current VERSION's MAJOR and MINOR, not from historic shapes).
Action: migrate 6 release-doc-sync consumers from @v1.0 to @v1:
All 6 verified release-doc-sync@v1 in production releases. v1.0 floating tag deleted from meta-repo origin and local clone.
v1 (auto-maintained by release.yml since DTD#14) is now the sole MAJOR float for release-doc-sync consumers. Going forward, release-doc-sync@v1 stays current automatically with each meta-repo release.
