I am not sure if it is WIP or not, but it clearly does not match description of #526. It just clears call log without any confirmation after holding |

Adds "Clear Recent Calls" button in Calls tab header menu. Shows confirmation dialog with "Delete for Everyone" option. Uses TDLib's DeleteAllCallMessages API. Cherry-picked from PR TGX-Android#527 by null-nick. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- Use typedOkHandler instead of okHandler in Tdlib.clearCallsHistory - SearchCallMessages query null instead of empty string - Rename strings to DeleteCallHistory* naming, use markdown warning text - Reuse more_btn_delete id instead of adding btn_clear_recent_calls
