Drop the temporary Electron patch now that upstream ships Electron 44.9.3, and rebase the remaining patches onto upstream's pruned test suite. Install pnpm 12 as its pinned native binary, and run the desktop typecheck through its new Vite+ task. Offer the local database repairs that `t3 doctor` provides on other installs: reclaim space until automatic shrinking is on, and delete the database kept from before 0.1.0. The local row has no dismiss and goes away once both are done.

Update the pinned T3 Code release to v0.1.2.
