Update T3 Code to v0.1.1 and keep its Flatpak integration working with the new release. Refresh the existing patches and restore the temporary Electron 44.9.1 update for the compromised eMudhra intermediates.
The local database notice can reclaim space through a confirmation, server shutdown, cleanup, and restart. The CLI stays disabled, and the notice retains its normal recommendation threshold and dismissal behavior. Disable update-track changes because Flatpak owns updates.
AppStream records this packaging release as 0.1.1-1. The Electron lockfile update preserves the package-age policy; the BaseApp remains on 25.08.
Validation: the full local Flatpak build passed with 1,623 desktop tests and 108 server tests, plus desktop/server typechecks. Web typechecking and targeted lint passed. GitHub Flatpak validation passed on 3ca443b. The packaged runtime reports Electron 44.9.1; isolated database testing verified cleanup and restart while preserving the rollback database.
