Update the Flatpak from v0.0.45 to v0.1.0, keeping the Electron UI inside Flatpak and its matching server on the host.
Refresh the existing integration patches and forward the new browser-control descriptors. Let the host server prepare its shell environment. Hide CLI installation and prevent creating a CLI launcher. Keep local app/server updates owned by Flatpak, including requests from other clients. Portal capture and managed agent downloads retain upstream's existing Flatpak-compatible behavior.
Headless Chromium continues to run on the host. AppStream now describes its host library and possible AppArmor requirements, and browser errors explain manual setup without suggesting an unavailable t3 command.
Validation: local Flatpak build, 1,516 desktop tests, 93 server tests, and desktop/server typechecks passed. Also passed 10 existing migration tests, 7 browser stream client tests, and AppStream validation. An isolated package launch verified the host server, HTTP readiness/UI, app-owned V2 database, browser descriptors, absence of a CLI launcher, disabled in-app update capability, and shutdown with the desktop. GitHub build and test validation passed on the final commit. The final scope review removed an unused mobile-only patch. Interactive feature testing remains with the maintainer.
Upstream v0.1.0 imports existing history into a separate V2 database. Connected desktop, remote server, and mobile clients need compatible versions; see the upstream release notes before updating.
