Motivation

• Reduce the usage surface of Paper native dialogs to only interactions that require text input and keep existing inventory-based UI for all other confirmations and choice menus to improve compatibility with older/translated clients.
• Provide configurable delivery for plot boundary notices (approaching/enter/leave) so servers can choose between actionbar and chat presentation.

Description

• Restrict the dialog adapter surface: rename and simplify DialogBackend to showTextInput and make PaperDialogBackend implement only text-entry dialogs; remove native multi-choice/confirm usages and fall back to legacy inventory UI.
• Update interaction plumbing in PlotInteractions and concrete GUIs (ClaimConfirmGUI, UnclaimConfirmGUI, ChunkExpandGUI, MembersGUI) to always open the legacy GUI for non-text-entry flows and keep rename using the dialog when available.
• Add configurable plot boundary notifications: new enum PlotNotificationMode, config entry plots.notifications.boundary, and send notices via action bar or chat in PlotProtectionListener using notifyPlotBoundary.
• Update documentation and defaults in docs/*, config.yml, and language files to reflect dialog behaviour changes and new boundary notification setting.

Testing

• Added unit test PlotNotificationModeTest which verifies parsing and defaults for PlotNotificationMode, and the test passed.
• Built and ran the full test and artifact build with ./gradlew test shadowJar, which completed successfully.
