SunZezhou/README.md

Hi, I'm Zezhou Sun 👋

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Robotics at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), conducting research in Prof. Dezhen Song's group.

My current research focuses on Embodied AI, Visuotactile Fusion for Manipulation, Agricultural Robotics, SLAM, and Navigation, particularly for autonomous harvesting and interaction with deformable objects in the agricultural domain. During my Ph.D., I worked on active SLAM and autonomous exploration, including large-scale outdoor mapping, localization, and exploration through the integration of LiDAR, GPS, digital maps, and semantic information.

I have published in and served as a reviewer for ICRA, IROS, and RA-L. I also serve as a Special Session Co-Chair at IEEE SSCI 2027.
