…ovement Four gameplay-system skills had no library equivalent, so hosts that load only the library (Codex) never saw them. Ported as preview skills with the library's frontmatter (description == resource summary) and Summer MCP tool names: scene work through summer_batch/summer_add_node/summer_set_prop with scenePath, scripts through summer_write_file/summer_replace_text, runtime proof through a RunVerification probe. character-movement ships its canonical third-person controller and the verification probe as references/ files; the probe reports frames through RunVerification's own frames list instead of inlining image data. Fixes carried in the port: hurtboxes mask the opposing hitbox layer (an Area with an empty mask never reports area_entered), and Camera2D uses enabled/make_current rather than the Camera3D-only current property. Routing: two former gap queries (save/load, third-person camera) now resolve; two new queries cover combat and character movement. Baseline updated; recall@5 stays 1. The canonical make-game pipeline had no genre blueprints. Six genres (2D platformer, survivors, top-down RPG; 3D FPS, third-person, horror), two files each, now ship under make-game/references/ with a short pointer section: read the core file while planning, the systems file only when the build reaches it. The canonical SKILL.md pipeline is unchanged. Ported text names Summer MCP tools and library skills: curated-collection steps become asset-strategy (summer_search_assets / summer_import_asset), scene vs script edits name the scene tools and summer_write_file / summer_replace_text, and the third-person playbook points at the character-movement controller. make-game and fps-controller now link the new system skills. …ol text rule and fast first draft - web-compatibility-look: the Compatibility renderer is the only one browser play and web exports run; what works, what to avoid, 2D and 3D recipes for a finished look, web performance. - web-and-touch-input: the first-click rule for sound and mouse capture, focus, and touch buttons or a virtual stick that press the same input actions. - ui-basics: never emoji or Unicode symbols in UI text (they render as hex-code boxes); use words, icons, or ship a font that has them. - make-game: fast first draft when someone is waiting (shapes and template art, at most one or two generated assets, say it is a draft and ask about direction); web games stay on gl_compatibility. Skills the cloud builder needs. The production cloud editor loads this library from a pinned commit (
services/cloud-editor/prepare-artifacts.py, CLI_SOURCE = 555419e, current main), so the builder today is missing everything below.Included (earlier, never pushed until now):
combat-basics,camera-rigs,save-load,character-movement(f38be27)make-gamegenre playbooks under references/ (6983252). The web app's build prompts already point the builder at these (2d-platformer.md, 2d-rpg.md, 2d-survivors.md, 3d-fps.md, 3d-third-person.md, 3d-horror.md), but they don't exist in the pinned library yet.New in this PR (ffe491a):
web-compatibility-look: browser play and web exports run only the Compatibility renderer (verified in the pinned engine: the web platform builds only the opengl3 driver; vulkan is off). What works, what to avoid (SDFGI, VoxelGI, SSAO, SSR, volumetric fog), 2D and 3D recipes for a finished look, web performance.web-and-touch-input: the first-click rule for sound and mouse capture, focus, and touch buttons or a virtual stick pressing the same input actions.ui-basics: never emoji or Unicode symbols in UI text; the default font renders them as boxes with hex codes (the25 B2/25 C0boxes seen in live games).make-game: a fast first draft when someone is waiting; web games stay on gl_compatibility.Checks: validate-library has 0 errors, routing eval recall@5 is 1.0 with the baseline updated and 2 new queries, and vitest passes 1491 tests.
After merge: bump CLI_SOURCE in PublicSummerEngine
services/cloud-editor/prepare-artifacts.pyto the merge commit and rebuild the runtime image, so the builder gets these.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
