• Timelock pending changes banner on marketplace and portfolio pages: live ETA countdown, expandable list, session dismiss
• TransferBlocked state in the secondary-market buy modal: restriction chip, per-type help text, retry that re-runs the pre-flight check
• Reusable AccessDenied component (KYCRequired, JurisdictionBlocked, AccreditationRequired, SignerOnly), used in the timelock admin panel on 403

Testing

New unit tests for each feature pass; ESLint clean on changed files. Some existing suites on dev already fail (duplicate CompareToggleButton import in invoice-card.tsx).

API endpoints and response shapes for reputation, pending timelock and the transfer-check are assumed and need confirming against the backend.
