Adds a reproducible offline demo and crates.io readiness.

Demo

  • demo/run-demo.sh and demo/run-demo.ps1.
  • Decodes a captured testnet envelope (ledger 5434653) and event ScVal (i128 100).
  • Inspects a minimal valid WASM module and emits SARIF.
  • Optional live rpc-health step (SKIP_NETWORK=1 to skip).

Publishing

  • Adds .github/workflows/publish.yml with a dry-run mode and dependency-ordered publishing.
  • Adds per-crate documentation, keywords, and categories metadata.
  • Adds docs/PUBLISHING.md.
  • cargo package --workspace --no-verify succeeds for all seven crates.

Publishing itself requires a CARGO_REGISTRY_TOKEN repository secret; the workflow does not publish by default.

Verification

  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • cargo clippy --locked --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings
  • cargo test --locked --workspace --all-features (51 tests)
  • cargo package --workspace --no-verify
  • Demo scripts run with SKIP_NETWORK=1 (PowerShell verified; bash syntax checked)

Add a reproducible demo that decodes a captured testnet envelope and ScVal, inspects a minimal WASM module, emits SARIF, and optionally checks testnet RPC health. Add a Publish workflow with a dry-run mode, per-crate metadata, and PUBLISHING.md. Publishing requires a CARGO_REGISTRY_TOKEN secret.

The versioned-XDR schema change was pushed into PR #139 by the maintainer-controlled account olatechy0 after the PR was opened. It was not independent external work and must not be counted as such. Revert it to keep the contribution history honest. Issue #12 remains open and on the Wave board.

This reverts commit ca9139c. Also restores the demo expected output and test counts, and documents the contribution-integrity rule in docs/APPEAL.md.
