Updated HousingSchema and env.schema.json to make the 'chip' property optional for Housing devices. Adjusted ParserV1 to handle cases where a chip is not provided. Updated test data to reflect these changes.
Corrected code serialization to handle undefined or invalid chips more safely by returning an empty string when necessary. Fixed a variable shadowing bug in DeserializerV1 and improved optional chaining for device chip references. Updated test data to reflect these changes.
