feat: 미이행·날짜별 기록 서버 API 연동 (#336, DEC-099) - #337

스웨거에 맞춰 오늘 미이행(POST /duty/missed), 지난 날짜 미이행 조정(PATCH /duties/{date}/{id}/missed),
날짜별 기록(GET /duties), 월 요약(GET /duties/summary)을 추가하고 todayDuty의 MISSED를 지정 상태 missed로
처리한다. 게이트웨이에 연결하고 목업 게이트웨이도 같은 계약으로 맞췄다.

미이행은 POST /duty/missed 한 번으로 지정을 미이행으로 바꾸며 횟수·사유를 저장한다(지정 취소 + 횟수 조정 두 호출 제거).
달력은 날짜별 기록(GET /duties)과 월 요약(GET /duties/summary)을 쓰고, 지난 미이행 조정은
PATCH /duties/{date}/{id}/missed로 한다. 화면이 들고 있던 오늘 처리분 임시 상태를 제거해 새로고침해도 횟수 처리됨이 유지된다.

요약
미이행버튼을 서버POST /api/v1/volunteer/{id}/duty/missed한 번 호출로 바꿨다. 지정을 삭제하지 않고MISSED로 바꾸며 횟수 변화(delta)와 사유를 함께 저장한다(지정 취소 + 횟수 조정 두 호출 폐기).GET /api/v1/volunteer/duties?date=(날짜별 기록)과GET /duties/summary?month=(월 미이행 요약)에 연결했다.PATCH /duties/{date}/{id}/missed로 한다.todayDuty의MISSED를 지정 상태missed로 처리한다(당일 봉사자 목록에서 빠지고 명단 편집에서미이행으로 표시).횟수 처리됨이 유지된다.DUTY_ALREADY_ADJUSTED,DUTY_NOT_FOUND.커밋 구성
