The recognition gallery reads its catalog only after the asset service has exported each region's current master version. New master data is served before the artwork of its new cards is published, so the plan job checks /versions/current_version.json every minute for up to an hour (RECOGNITION_EXPORT_POLL, RECOGNITION_EXPORT_WAIT). Releases in state succeeded or partial count as exported. If the export stays behind, the run stops and the pointer stays where it is. The build job does not wait. The fallback schedule now runs every six hours.

Font, APK tool and vgmstream downloads retry transient failures up to five times, ten seconds apart.

Validation: test_recognition.py passed on synthetic data (33 passed, 1 ONNX Runtime test skipped), including new cases for an export that catches up and for one that stays behind or is still running. bash -n passed for the three download scripts.

the fallback schedule runs every six hours instead of once a day.

seconds apart, so a transient gateway error does not fail a site build.
