The region workflow restores the deck statistics of the last build from actions/cache and passes them to nnnotes music-data --stats-cache, so a build measures only the charts whose model sources, options, master tables or chart changed. …urces music-data --stats-cache DIR keeps each chart's deck statistics under the SHA-256 of the deck model's sources, the options, the master tables and the chart, and measures only the charts it lacks.
