This PR targets \develop/1.20.1.\n\n- Backport UselessMod 20.2.4.6 to Forge/Minecraft 1.20.1.\n- Declare compatible version ranges for optional integrations.\n- Fix Ore Generator sample recognition and cover Forge plus common material tags.\n- Keep compact ECO hosts compatible with the 1.20.1 API and cover provider refresh and inventory behavior.\n- Fix the CI test source set by replacing the unavailable Forge 1.21 test capability token with isolated capability tokens suitable for the untransformed 1.20.1 headless tests.\n\nValidation: \gradlew.bat build --console=plain\ passes locally.
