Can't login, exception after providing account password

Hi,

I reinstalled my computer with Windows 11 and I began to configure ItchClaim ( I used this tool earlier on Windows 10), however after I provide my password I always get this exception, what you can see on the attached picture. I tried it on a fresh Windows 10 virtual machine and same happens.

Hi, thanks for reporting!
Itch.io started using Cloudflare, which broke the script. I'm planing to try integrating something like cloudscraper to work around the issue.

Should be fixed with v1.8.0.

Note that since I had to fork FlareSolverrr, I can't push the update to PyPi. More details at #25
You have to install this release directly from git:

pip install git+https://github.com/Smart123s/ItchClaim.git

FlareSolverr (the CloudFlare bypass) requires Chrome/Chromium to be installed on the system.

The Docker image can be installed as usual, and has Chromium bundled in.

As far as I have seen, only the login page is protected for now. There are also some sale pages protected, but that's handled by the CI.

The site should also be back up soon. The update script is currently running, but itch.io servers are really slow at the moment, so it may take (in my estimations) a few days to finish. I could parse ~700 sale pages in 12 hours, and there's ~4000 left.

Thank you for the update, however I get a new exception when ItchClaim is building the library cache. Cloudflare challenge seems resolved, but after that it suddenly drops a json decode error.

Hi, I didn't get this error. Could you please try deleting your session (%appdata%\ItchClaim\users folder), and try again? If the issue is still present, could you please share the full output of the console?

JSONDecode error usually happens when the itch.io sends back data that is not JSON (in a place where it should send back JSON). My first two guesses would be that itch.io either sends you a cloudflare challange, or a redirect to the login page.

Also, could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling ItchClaim?
