Part of map #461. The Resend migration skill (#539, slices 14 and 15) moves Resend call sites to PostHog. Teams also reach SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, Loops and Brevo from code and from PostHog webhooks.

Question: What would it take to extend the skill and the Wizard migrate family (#540) to those providers? Per provider: how its SDK calls map to the PostHog send contract (PostHog#120921), what does not map, and whether one skill with provider adapters or one skill per provider fits better.

Result. Extending the Resend migration to SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, Loops and Brevo fits as one skill group, migrate-email, with one variant per provider. Each variant is a small set of reference files: SDK call shapes, field and error mapping, template notes. New leaves of the Wizard's migrate family come from the skill menu, so a provider needs no Wizard release, only a row in a table-driven detector (slice 18).

    • Single sends map well once Build strand: cc, bcc, headers, tags and attachments on code sends (Resend parity) #543 lands.
    • Delivery-event consumers keyed on the provider's message id, hosted templates with logic or layouts, SMTP and framework mail config, and contact or lifecycle features stay on the provider or need a person.
    • Most of these SDKs throw rather than return { data, error }, so the skill needs a shared error-path rewrite.
    • The migration should carry the old provider's suppression list over before cutover. The Resend plan does not do that yet.
    • Suggested order after Resend: SendGrid, Postmark, Brevo, SES, Loops.
    • Teams that call a provider, Resend included, from a Workflows webhook step could swap to a native email step. That needs a separate skill working through the PostHog MCP, since the Wizard works on a repository. No current strand covers it.

The detailed mapping and slice list sit in the map's private notes.
