Update matter_support submodule pointer to reflect matter_provisioning/PR-432 changes.

• Bumped the matter_support pointer.

• Tested provisioning locally with the changes.

Overview
Updates the third_party/matter_support submodule pointer so this repo tracks newer Silicon Labs Matter support/provisioning code, including changes from matter_provisioning PR-432.

There are no in-tree source edits in this PR—only the submodule revision changes. Local provisioning testing was done to validate the new pointer.
