IBC Capability Not Found for wasm.<contract_address> on ShareRing-KUD Testnet

I’m trying to create an IBC channel for a CosmWasm contract on ShareLedger testnet (ShareRing-KUD, Cosmos SDK v0.46.7) with port wasm.<contract_address>.
The channel creation fails with capability not found [cosmos/cosmos-sdk@v0.46.7/x/capability/keeper/keeper.go:440]. The contract implements ibc_channel_open and ibc_channel_connect with PORT_BOUND to track capability claiming, but the error persists. Are there ShareLedger-specific requirements for claiming IBC port capabilities for wasm ports?”
