Partial update is misaligned for the EE03 in b/w mode

1. Description:
   When updating the screen partially in monchrome mode, updated screen content becomes misaligned
2. IDE: Arduino
3. TFT_eSPI library version: Head from github right now
4. Board package version: XIAO_ESP32S3_PLUS
5. Procesor: ESP 32
6. TFT driver: ED103TC2 (BOARD_SCREEN_COMBO: 511, USE_XIAO_EPAPER_DISPLAY_BOARD_EE03)
7. Interface type: Not sure what the EE03 board uses internally, suspect SPI to the TI chip and then parallel to the display

• The fact that the screen gets fixed when going to the next line shows that the original memory content is correct
