Adds reBot Arm HMI to the reBot Arm B601-RS → Community Contributions table in the English and Simplified Chinese READMEs.

The Zephyr RTOS handheld terminal provides CAN joint monitoring, encoder-based local control, damping/impedance modes, hand-guided trajectory recording and replay, persistent Flash storage, and ROS 2 controller-switch requests. Both entries include the project repository, author, and a hardware demo on Bilibili.

Validation: git diff --check passes; the repository and Bilibili video links were checked. Documentation only; no firmware or hardware changes.
