MTK 11 rejects time-dependent parameters from @parameters: "`@parameters` cannot create time-dependent parameters. Encountered q(t). Use `@discretes` for this purpose." @discretes is defined in ModelingToolkitBase and reexported by ModelingToolkit, and it is the intended way to declare the timeseries parameter this test asserts on (is_timeseries_parameter(sys, q)).

What changed
Pure
[compat]edits that drop older major versions of SciML and JuliaSymbolics packages. For each maintained dependency, only the current (non-yanked) major remains; an existing lower bound on that major is kept. No code, tests, or package version were changed.test/Downstream/Project.toml[test]SymbolicUtils:3.2→4(drop 3.2; current major is 4)test/Downstream/Project.toml[test]ModelingToolkit:9.60→11(drop 9.60; current major is 11)Why
JuliaSymbolics is treated as part of the SciML-maintained group for this policy. Supporting multiple majors keeps untested resolver windows. Current majors come from JuliaRegistries/General
