Description

Adds a ring buffer (hardcoded 4096 entries) for log messages, which can be displayed using a log viewer dialog (new custom relm component).

Based on #784, will un-draft once that is merged.

I got some help from claude with the dropdown and a component skeleton, I'm not convinced going through string is necessary, though, or necessarily the best solution.

Todo:

• figure out if we can implement ListModel for LogEntry, the downside would be a relm4 dependency within CLI which we did not need so far
• actually indicate shortcut in sketchboard, just mentioning log viewer is a bit lazy 😄
• maybe use the prefixes within the dropdown, but if that's easily doable may depend on the ListModel
• use refresh icon for refresh button

Not to do:

• I'm not going to add a UI element for this at this point, I'm not sure where there is a good place. this may need a followup issue.
